This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Batchpix (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), including but not limited to functions of image stylization, image-to-video generation, AI dance generation, and AI clothing replacement.
This policy clearly explains how we collect, use, process and protect user data, and clarifies all user privacy rights and our data protection commitments. By accessing and using this App, you fully acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Data We Process
To provide core AI service functions, we only process the content you actively upload or generate through the App, including original images, short videos, and related content files required for image stylization, image-to-video conversion, AI dance synthesis, and AI clothing replacement.
Strict Commitment on Facial Information: We do not collect, record, store, retain or save any user facial data, facial biometric information, facial feature geometry data and related identifiable facial information on any server or local device. During the AI processing of images and videos containing facial portraits, we only perform real-time temporary algorithm calculation for the sole purpose of completing the requested AI content generation service. No facial information will be cached, backed up, stored or reserved in any form after service completion.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
All user uploaded content and temporary processing data are only used for the following legitimate service purposes, and no expanded use will be conducted:
- Complete user-initiated AI image stylization processing;
- Realize image-to-video intelligent generation and rendering;
- Generate and synthesize AI dance videos and AI clothing replacement effects;
- Optimize and adjust the normal operation and service experience of the App’s core functions.
We will not use user processing data for AI model training, commercial promotion, data analysis or any other irrelevant purposes without explicit user authorization.
3. Data Storage & Retention Rules
We adopt a real-time processing + no persistent storage data mechanism:
All user uploaded images, videos and temporary processing data are only temporarily loaded in the system memory for real-time AI calculation. After the completion of content generation and the return of the final result to the user, all temporary data will be automatically and completely cleared immediately. We do not retain any user original files, processing records, facial information and related derivative data on our servers or service devices for a long time.
The final generated content saved by users independently on their personal devices is not within the scope of our data storage and management.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure Commitment
Absolute No Third-Party Sharing Commitment: We strictly promise that we will never sell, rent, share, transmit or disclose any of your uploaded content, processing data, temporary information and relevant user data to any individual, organization or third-party service provider under any circumstances.
There is no third-party data access interface, data authorization channel or data sharing mechanism in this App. All data processing is independently completed through our secure service system, and no data will be delivered to any third party for use, processing or storage.
We will not disclose user data for commercial, advertising, marketing or any other non-service purposes.
5. Non-Personal Data Collection
To ensure the stable operation of the App and optimize service performance, we may collect non-identifiable anonymous device and operation data, including anonymous device model, App operation log, function usage frequency and other non-personal and non-identifiable information. Such data cannot be associated with any individual user identity, will not be matched with personal privacy information, and will not involve any facial and biometric data.
6. Data Security Protection
We adopt industry-standard encryption technology, secure transmission protocols and isolated service processing mechanisms to protect user data during real-time processing. We establish strict data access and management rules to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering and loss of user temporary data, and fully guarantee the security of user privacy information in the whole process of service use.
7. User Rights
You have the right to independently choose whether to upload content to use the App’s AI functions. You can stop using the App’s services at any time. Since we do not store your facial information and user data, you do not need to apply for data deletion or clearing. All user-related temporary data will be automatically cleared after each service use.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy in a timely manner according to service iteration and industry specification adjustments. The updated policy will be displayed on the App official page. Your continued use of the App’s services after the policy update constitutes your recognition and acceptance of the new policy terms.
